I downloaded the App, but found it impossible to login. It did not recognise my email so could not reset any password I might have had, and there was no option to set up an account. The alternative method of logging in with booking reference and date did not work either, even though I checked details carefully. Very poorly thought out App.

Logging into the app is very tricky lastname, bookingnr and date of arrival must be entered… after this it starts working.
