Mary Crowley Cancer Research is a 501(c)(3) non-profit cancer research organization founded in 1992 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Eligible cancer patients may receive access to the newest potential therapies through Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials in compliance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The research encompasses all types of solid-tumor cancers in adults. 

The physician investigators at Mary Crowley Cancer Research collaborate with community oncologists, major academic centers and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across the world to bring the newest discoveries to patients through clinical trials. The mission of the center is patient-centric and grounded in the fact that each patient’s cancer is driven by their unique molecular profile. The scientific basis of this personalized approach is to align trials to each patient’s individual cancer, which has been at the forefront of the research conducted at Mary Crowley Cancer Research. Investigators have published hundreds of manuscripts, validating trial results by third-party peer review.
