App has a few things that annoy me, like the account section, but its fast and gets bets placed ina. second. It’s that BAD. *2023-12-11* This company is so amazingly awful it’s incredible. You can’t use their interface to rely on the score. Odds work though. Score is always wrong. Constant logging in. Constant location errors. So, so, so incredibly bad. Also, events options are so poor it’s strange. We regret that we could not approve your account at this time, and we hope you will find another Sportsbook that meets your needs. ### 1/5 — VIP customer service -5 stars *2023-05-30* Exchanged a few emails with their VIP email. They have a program where you can match tiers from another Sportsbook. BetFred offered some insulting offers (10% bonus) and I simply showed them examples of what I’ve been receiving. I also mentioned that I didn’t catch the person’s name I was speaking to. Their next few responses ignored my request at knowing who I was speaking with. They claim to be personal and offer better rewards than other sportsbooks. This is their claim, not mine. If this is theirs, why am I not allowed to know whom I’m speaking with, and why are the offers so bad? The person I was speaking with said I was BRAGGING about my offers and said that they’re offers I can’t pass up and basically told me to go there. They also questioned my loyalty as if I’m not allowed to be VIP at more than one place? This person has no clue who I am, but wants to say I’m not loyal? The nerve and the villain arch this person has created. I told them I would be passing this experience along to my high rolling friends. They responded with, best of luck to you and your high rolling friends. Nice comeback. I see what you did there. But recently, I had an issue where my free bets from a promotion were not added into my account. I contacted customer service and they asked me to verify my identity with the last 4 digits of my social via text message or email. I’ve never been asked for my social via text message from any company before. I didn’t even know that was an accepted protocol or policy. I shouldn’t have to mention why giving even the last 4 digits of one’s social via text message isn’t a good idea.
