One item was missing. I was not notified of the delivery and the coconut milk went bad from being under the sun in front of my door. The two stars for the water and facial tissues which I like. ### 2/5 — This app needs to be fixed *2021-04-01, version 4.1.4* Everytime I order using credit card , It deducts the amount but the order does not go through their system and you cant edit or cancel, I have to call and send many emails to get my credit back !! ### 1/5 — Home Delivery Issues *2020-12-22, version 4.1.4* Terrible Customer service and terrible systems. I charged my account online and they never show up for home delivery, when I call they say yes the driver is coming and they never show up. They say we will call you back to tell you when the delivery is coming and they never call back. I called a week earlier then one day earlier to reconfirm my home delivery And called on the day multiple times but they don’t show up. I requested refund of the amount charged they said we don’t do refund. I don’t recommend anyone to use this company Never use this company again. ### 1/5 — Failed Delivery. No Support Whatsoever from the Customer Care. *2020-07-28, version 4.1.2* I have been waiting for my order of Masafi Glass for more than one week although the payment has already been made. Masafi delivered it to my old address even though both the delivery and billing address had been updated in the app before placing the order. The security guard from my old building called to ask me about the misplaced order as if I stole it. What kind of service is this? I called everyday day the entire week and was in contact with the customer support person (Ahmed) directly. I even submitted my address on phone but no assistance has been given. I have been getting told everyday that the order will be delivered the next day. Or it is getting processed. Or “my superviser will handle it”. Last Thursday the same person told me the order will be delivered on Sunday. It’s Monday already and there hasn’t been any kind of follow up. This is my second horrible and embarrassing experience with Masafi with absolutely careless attitude from their staff. Exhausted with their poor service, I asked to get reimbursed and yet I have neither received cash nor my order. ### 3/5 — Dissapointed *2020-07-01, version 4.1.2* Year is 2020 but I could not place my order online bcz of several problems with app. ### 1/5 — Long waiting days..... *2020-06-06, version 4.1.2* .... and no water ... ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-05-30, version 4.1.2* One of the useless Apps, it doesn’t update the order status and company is also a useless when it comes to customer service, had been waiting for 3 days after ordering water (till delivery date to my area) and still no delivery of water, the call service doesn’t answer(had been trying for more than and hour). During these times due to Covid19, many companies develop their online service and do the part in serving the community or increase their customers but Masafi doesn’t even care about their customers and do not provide for a service they’ve charged. If you’ve decided to go for Masafi please don’t to save you from the troubles and disappointment. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 ### 1/5 — Issue *2020-05-14, version 4.1* Payment page is not loading ### 1/5 — Worst customer service and app! *2020-04-12, version 4.0.1* I am going to ask to reimburse my BitCash. I ordered online on Friday and nobody informed me that delivery to my area is only on Wednesday! I called on Saturday to check and only then they told me whist I was running out of water. Then they said that ok, they will deliver it on Sunday, and I called many times to double check if I need to go to the store just in case and they confirmed - it will be delivered on Sunday before 6pm. Guess what, it's 7:30pm and it is not deivered and nobody's answering anymore. So if you deliver, why lie????! Now during quarantine at night I have to get a permission and go to the store and I didn't drink any water today because I was waiting for Masafi delivery. Never trust their customer service and never trust this company! Liars! If they are lying about deliveries, I'm sure they lie their water is mineral, it's obvious it's just drinking water and who knows what else they are lying about! If I could, I would give them 0 stars! ### 1/5 — Credit card payment link does not work *2020-02-09, version 4.0.1* When I click to pay by card at checkout, the link does not work and it just goes to order confirmed and nothing happens. ### 1/5 — Cannot sign in *2020-01-18, version 4.0.1* This worked for a little while. Then it logged me out and I cannot log in. It freezes with please wait at the login stage. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but no change. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2020-01-07, version 4.0.1* I order more than 20 times from the app and always they cancel my order without any reason. Who ever made this application should be ashamed of themselves. The interface is so slow and confusing .
