Its so good to see that these people are so helpful for those who stay away from home. Connecting with food is not a easy option. But you guys made it, i have come back to bangalore and from new year I will be ordering from you guys. I have tried reinstalling it as well as done the basic troubleshooting but it’s still stuck. ### 1/5 — Pathetic implementation of the app *2022-01-26* Most time selecting subscription will minimize everything. Most of the time time options lead to opening web pages. Might as well delete the app and use the browser. Using it in iPhone XR with the latest OS. ### 1/5 — Not for North Indian food *2021-06-12* I do not know which North Indian household eats the kind of dal and sabzi they give. Definitely not home made. I did try it multiple times and multiple types, but unfortunately the food is not up to the mark, can say that for North Indian combos definitely. The food taste was very bad and the quantity is very less for 1 people. We took a trial plan to taste various dishes but unfortunately my parents didn’t like any of the food. They’re the worst kind of people in a customer centric service. Please so not fall for their fraudulent service. I had ordered Onam Sadya from them and paid in advance. On the said day after taking details of the delivery, they stopped responding. And to add to they pain they even blocked my number as I was calling continuously. After all the ordeal they call around 5:30pm saying they have arrived with the lunch(Sadya). No apologies, no explanations, no nothing. All they said is if you don’t want you can cancel. Funny thing is there is no option to cancel. Had to accept the food as I was left with no choice. Food quality is also below average. So its my humble request and warning to all those who would want to try them out. Thats what i got from by paying 185 for classic meal. Dont waste your money and time here for this kind of cheap service. Later due to the corona virus outbreak when I decided to quit my subscription as i was leaving for my home town, i asked to quit my subscription and refund my remaining meal’s amount. Which was around 3150. Later i was told that amount will be credited in my bank account within next 7-8 working days. Now it’s been 2 weeks and i’m still waiting for my refund. **Developer response:** Dear Hitesh, Apologies for the inconvenience caused. However please do not worry if your refund was not yet processed, we will check to see what happened and ensure that refund is processed and inform you the same. ### 1/5 — Absolutely pathetic *2020-01-05* I placed order for 2 quantities of treat non veg lunch. Made online payment through paytm as well for 2 but later these guys sent me a sms stating that 1 meal has been confirmed. Even in the app when i checked the subscription it showed 1. Tried calling customer care which after 10-15 times i was able to get through. That guy took 15 mins to understand and after that clearly told me he would call me back, but sadly did not receive any call back. After this someone called me and asked to put in my feedback on appstore for my experience to which i explained my issue and he also said that support team will resolve it and send me 2 quantities. So i waited till today in hope that it would be resolved but again to my disappointment only one quantity of meal was delivered. I tried calling the customer care again but obviously no response. This has been a downright horrible experience for me. Thank you for taking time in explaining the details. ### 2/5 — Cannot select location *2022-05-10* I want to order from here but whenever I try to select the location from the map, it closes automatically. ### 2/5 — Lacks Conviction *2021-05-06* I have been using Masalabox for 3+ months, here is an honest review Your thalis cost around ₹200 per meal, its a premium amount being charged, but the food quantity is not justified. Pros: 1. Good Food, Flavour and Taste Cons: 1. Quantity of Sabzee is extremely low (when I had started, the quantity was good for one person) it’s 1/3rd now 2. Limited menu, items are repeated from the same menu in the same week 3. Inconsistent delivery (Timely delivery isn’t their forte) 4. Pathetic support: I have reached out to them on their whatsapp, cellular number multiple times to raise concerns, the maximum they will do for you is respond with ‘Thank you for contacting us, we will look into this’ and then they never will I used to recommend the service during my first subscription, because I really liked it. But it has been awful lately.
