It now understands photos and voice, fills in your trip from what you tell it, and knows about transfers, SIM cards and tickets. Places from the chat open right inside the app — on our map, with walking directions, instead of a third-party service. We're honest about entry: ticket in advance, pay at the door, or nothing at all — no invented prices. Routes build more reliably: out-of-town legs are timed at highway speed, and long trips no longer break off halfway. ### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-14 Masaway now speaks seven languages - Italian, Spanish, French, German and Hebrew join English and Russian — the whole app, not just the menus: notifications, ticket tips, emergency numbers and the privacy policy - Hebrew runs right to left, the way it should - Walking directions are now spoken and shown in your language instead of English - Cities are found by their local spelling, too Building a route - Noticeably faster, and a slow server no longer leaves you looking at a silent screen - A build that fails no longer costs you a trip - The questions before a route are shorter and are asked for each trip, so an old answer doesn't shape a new journey - A long trip no longer gets cut short by the length of the answer Getting around and spending - Offline navigation prepares itself when you open a route, and it is included — it is no longer sold separately - The ride app suggested is the one people actually use in that country, across 85 countries - Expenses handle 33 currencies with live rates, and the total stays in the currency you spent in until you set a budget Fixes - A quick second tap on Build no longer pays twice - A shared route link opens the trip instead of an error screen - Prices, durations and headings no longer break apart in Hebrew ## Apps similar to Masaway | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Funizy: AI Travel Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/funizy-ai-travel-planner/id6760907353) | — | Free | Travel | | [Traveller: AI Route Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/traveller-ai-route-planner/id6796854703) | — | Free | Travel | | [TripEase](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tripease/id6775473995) | — | Free | Travel | | [PandaTrip: China Travel AI](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/pandatrip-china-travel-ai/id6782392332) | — | Free | Travel | | [Acheli Voyage: AI Trip Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/acheli-voyage-ai-trip-planner/id6762149348) | — | Free | Travel | | [TripBee Lite: Trip Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tripbee-lite-trip-planner/id6791299610) | — | Free | Travel | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
