It took them 3 days just to start the shipping process, and then I received a message saying the driver couldn’t find my house. I left detailed delivery instructions, including my phone number for an easy and quick delivery. The driver never called me—honestly, I don’t even think they ever came to my house. To access the gate, they would have needed to enter the code and it would have triggered a call to my phone, which never happened. Then I received a message saying my order would be canceled because the driver couldn’t find my address. I called the app’s 800 number, which is slow and keeps looping, until I finally spoke with Jorge. He claimed the driver couldn’t find my house and couldn’t reach me, which is simply not true—I have no missed calls at all. When I tried to track the order, the app said I needed to contact the driver before 9 PM, but there is no driver contact available in the app. Even through customer service, they don’t provide access to the driver. At this point, it feels like there may not have even been a driver assigned to my delivery. To make things worse, now I have to wait another 3 days just to get my refund. Não recomendo este aplicativo. Minha primeira compra foi extremamente frustrante. Levaram 3 dias apenas para iniciar o envio, e depois recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o motorista não encontrou minha casa. Deixei todas as instruções detalhadas, incluindo meu telefone para facilitar a entrega. O motorista nunca me ligou—na verdade, acredito que ele nem tenha ido até minha casa. Para acessar o condomínio, seria necessário inserir o código do portão, o que faria meu telefone tocar, e isso nunca aconteceu. Depois recebi uma mensagem informando que meu pedido seria cancelado porque o motorista não encontrou o endereço. Liguei para o 0800 do aplicativo, que é lento e fica em looping, até que finalmente consegui falar com o Jorge. Ele disse que o motorista não conseguiu me encontrar nem falar comigo, o que é mentira—não tenho nenhuma chamada perdida. Quando tentei rastrear o pedido, o app dizia que eu precisava entrar em contato com o motorista antes das 21h, mas não existe contato de motorista no aplicativo. Pelo atendimento telefônico também não fornecem acesso ao motorista. Sinceramente, parece que nem existiu um motorista nessa entrega. E para piorar, agora ainda vou ter que esperar mais 3 dias para receber o reembolso. ⸻ No recomiendo esta aplicación. Mi primera compra fue muy frustrante.
