But the app has major issues: payment process is extremely slow and crashes frequently, search feature is slow with poor results, and the interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Deliveries have been fine but you do really have to check and double check you get everything. The info on the plants needs a lot of work tho. Often it says plants are native to Kuwait when in fact that’s far from the truth. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times.
