The application seems useless. Everything has to be done on website!!! I cannot access my account from this app.everyttime there is error, it even locks my profile because it doesnt recognize my credentials. Big headache

I have been trying hard to follow up on my business account application. All the required documentation and any additional information requested were provided in a timely manner. However I have yet to receive any update regarding the status of my application

As per the information stated on your website the account opening process should be completed within three business days If not a compensation of one thousand dirhams is promised As of today more than ten days have passed without any communication or resolution

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on the current status of my application If there is anything further required from my side please let me know

I have been using Mashreq Biz since the last few years. I am glad to say the App is too good and keeps upgrading often. Though we don’t have a person to talk too any concern registered via the call centre or email is resolved in record time. The SLAs and response time is splendid. I suggest Mashreq Biz to any business user.
