Our team will review your case and assist you further. ### 1/5 — This is worst bank of PAK *2026-07-07* Hey everyone, I am writing this post to urgently warn all of you to stay far away from Mashreq Bank Pakistan. They are operating with zero accountability and have absolutely pathetic customer service. Here is the nightmare I am currently going through: 📍 The Incident Today, I tried to book an online airline ticket worth PKR 278,000. Payment Method: I used the 1Link voucher option through the Mashreq Bank app. The Result: The transaction was successfully processed on my end, and the entire amount of PKR 278,000 was deducted from my account. 📍 The Issue Despite the money being deducted, the airline app showed that the payment failed. When I re-entered the same 1Link voucher number into my Mashreq app to check, it shockingly showed as "Unpaid", even though my account balance had already been slashed. Airline's Response: I immediately contacted the airline. They checked their system and confirmed they never received the payment. Mashreq Bank's Response: When I finally got a hold of them, they casually mentioned there was an "issue with the transaction," acknowledging the glitch but offering no immediate solution. 📍 The Ghost Customer Service This is where it gets worse. Mashreq Bank Pakistan has NO proper customer service number where you can reach a human being for urgent matters. If you email them or drop them a message, they take up to 50 days just to give a basic reply! Meanwhile, my nearly 3-lakh rupees are stuck in limbo, I have no airline ticket, and there is no timeline for when my refund will be processed. FINAL VERDICT: Mashreq Bank Pakistan is a completely unreliable, third-class, and incompetent bank. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, DO NOT use this bank for any major transactions. Your money can disappear into a black hole, and you will be left completely helpless with no one to call. Please bump this post for visibility so others can save themselves from this mental agony. Thank you for your patience. ### 1/5 — OTP error *2026-02-20* I opened account from using link from My MASHREQ UAE application in this MASHREQ PAKISTAN application. Account smoothly activated, but for transaction or any other service need to register device, for that Otp is not coming to register mobile number on sms. I raised complaint on email. Thank you for your patience. ### 1/5 — Can’t scan my CNIC *2025-10-08* Whenever I click on scan document in shows a loading icon for a while and then leaves at the same stage. This goes on in a loop. Regards ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-10-01* I have not seen worse app than this, in device registration it fails to capture fingers even if it does after several attempts screen goes blank and freezes the app. Your helpline is worst too . Our team will look into this promptly ### 4/5 — Unable to complete registration *2026-02-23* I cannot get past the self declaration screen since there is no button available for acknowledgment of if there is at the bottom I cannot scroll down to it, because as soon as I click on anywhere on the screen, it takes me back to point where I select personal savings and hit the next button.
