Después de unas cuantas semanas de usarla puedo decir que funciona perfectamente incluso para exportar los resultados a Excel en un PC vía correo electrónico. 100% recomendable, no hay ninguna otra combinación de saturometro + app que se acerque remotamente a lo que hace está. ### 4/5 — Landscape Please! *2022-01-07* I have a MightySat and it is excellent. What needs improving is a simple upgrade to the app that allows landscape as well as portrait. I have a very specific use for this device and being able to go hands free in landscape mode on my device would be an immense upgrade. It’s such great technology I implore the app developers to maximize its usability. Most glaring and damaging is that app exports raw streams of data directly to Apple Health, resulting in erroneous measurements (such as the first few as the device is waking up) being incorporated into Apple Health. Utterly useless. Very expensive product with absolutely no effort put into the app accompanying the device. It will not recognize the Masimo MightySat device ### 1/5 — You broke it, now fix it! *2020-12-02, version 2.3.0* As usual, the number of app reviewers is nowhere’s near the number of consumers who use a well designed product. Also, a low number of reviewers who give predominantly poor reviews is usually an indication of happy consumers who become disappointed in the malfunctioning of a previously well-performing device. In my case, I was experiencing a health issue called progressive aortic stenosis in 2015, I bought an expensive Mighty Sat on Amazon because of its advanced features. It was helpful in tracking episodes of asthma reactions, AFIB following valve replacement surgery, and then positional sleep apnea following heart surgery. It was so valuable to me that I bought two backup units at the Apple store as well as one professional unit at a medical supply website. Then I started to have problems. First to go was the professional unit, which was actually less helpful than the personal units, so I threw it out. Next, the displays on the personal units started to go dim, but that didn’t bother me because they were still legible and the app ran perfectly. But then Masimo had to go and update the app, which made it it less functional than it used to be. I am now unable to delete specific measurement sessions from the History files to clear out unwanted tracings that just take up space and prevent the keeping of only pertnant information. Masimo, I spent a small fortune on your products to help support my doctors with useful information when things started to go wrong in my medical care, and now you decide to not support your products we depend upon,not for professional use, but for personal use to contribute to our doctor’s management of our personal healthcare. If you can invest in expensive TV advertising, you can certainly invest in keeping your customers happy. I feel betrayed! Please repair your app that has gone two years without an update that would allow it to be as functional as it originally was. Your lackadaisical conduct is inexcusable, given the price of your products! My apologies. The first re-install of your app did not work to fix my problems, but the re-install I just completed now did work, and everything is back to normal. My phone gets backed up weekly, so all my MightySat data should get restored in the next sync/backup. The MightySat pulse oximeter is $300 in a world where you can get one on Amazon for $12. (That may not connect to your phone.) Masimo is suing Apple for patent infringement so I’m assuming this neglect of the iOS app is simply out of spite. ### 1/5 — Synchronisiert viele Daten nicht *2022-01-14, version 2.4.1* Synchronisiert viele Daten nicht mit Apple Health. Alle Sessions die ohne die App offen gehabt zu haben in Gerät gespeichert werden, werden nicht mit Apple Health synchronisiert. Wenn man also Mal eine Nacht seine Daten aufnimmt und die App auf den iPhone nicht geöffnet und jenes nicht an hat, dann bekommt man keine Daten in Apple Health. Schlimmer noch - in der App selber bekommt man nach x Stunden Schlaf nur eine Zusammenfassung mit Minimal- und Maximalwerten. Wer denkt sich soetwas aus?! Mit einem Gerät dort 300 Euro kann ich somit nur momentane Werte erfassen. Dafür gibt es beträchtlich billigere Geräte mit guten Werten, da habe ich mir doch mehr erwartet. ### 1/5 — The app only has redundant functions *2021-12-06* The app only shows the readings again on the installed device. I can see the readings on the pulse oximeter. There’s no way to delete any created profile in fact. There’s no way to reassign readings to a different profile. These are basic functions that don’t work. I was taking Panadol PM and would sleep and wake up within minutes thinking hours have passed and then take another 2 pills. My wife noticed redness in my eyes and used the Bluetooth sensor on me and immediately the app sounded some audio indicating that heart rate was very high. She immediately took me to the hospital were they took care of the rest.
