Measurements:

◦ %SpO2 – Oxygen saturation of arterial blood
◦ PR – Pulse rate measured in beats per minute (BPM), also known has heart rate.
◦ PI – Perfusion Index indicates arterial pulse signal strength
◦ PVI – Pleth Variability Index is a measure of the dynamic changes in PI that occur during the respiratory cycle. PVI is displayed as a percentage (0-100%).
◦ RRp – Respiration rate monitoring derived from the plethysmographic waveform measures a patient's respiratory rate based on amplitude changes that correspond to the respiratory cycle.

Je suis un professionnel de la santé et utilisateur de longue date des produits Masimo, des instruments de mesure physiologiques de très haute qualité. Je suis également un grand fan et utilisateur des produits Apple. Depuis environ un an, les valeurs mesurées par le Mightysat Rx ne s’affichent plus sur l’iPhone via Bluetooth, malheureusement. Serait-ce une conséquence de la guerre que se livrent les deux compagnies sur une question de brevet sur l’Apple Watch? Difficile de répondre à cette question… En attendant, nous les professionnels de la santé, nous nous sentons pris en otage puisque les deux technologies ne communiquent plus entre elles.

Tried both the Masimo apps with my MightyStat, one app merely shows what is on the device while this app won’t even pair with the device. Both are totally worthless other than taking up space on your iPhone/iPad.
