MASmobile FLEX is intended for use by customers of MASterMind and requires MASterMind EX services. MASmobile FLEX allows authorized central station personnel and dealers to manage customer data, place systems on or off test, view system event history, test history, and system zones, using a mobile device. MASmobile FLEX requires MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database. MASmobile FLEX has undergone a complete redesign from the ground up. The app features a new user interface as well as an enhanced user experience. The app also supports light and dark interface styles. In addition, the app has been redesigned to work exclusively with MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database. If you want to check signals and you pull out your phone after just a few minutes you have to login again but it won’t let you, you have to force the app to close and then re open and login again. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. It always forgets your biometric settings resulting in a full removal and re install ### 1/5 — Who to send feedback? *2024-10-03* This used to be stable and it used to work. Now the interface is harder to navigate, harder to use, harder to see, buttons don't work and it logs me off in the background without warning. Why do I need to enter my password so many times???? If a site has 10 accounts, I have to enter my passcode 10 times. This borders on ridiculous. Technicians in the field don't have time for this. We're up on ladders or trying to solve an issue in a million square foot facility where we could be a kilometre from the keypad. Please fix the show password button. Please fix the autologoff; at least show a dialogue or popup when it logs me off in the background so that I don't try to use it thinking that it's still logged on, which causes it to crash. ### 1/5 — Horrible support *2024-05-15* So first there was no biometrics sign in. Wish it didn’t update. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-04-05* As someone who does multiple fire inspections daily, this app is literally worthless. It repeatedly freezes up and locks you out constantly. While they do have alarm on test.com., it’s difficult to navigate on a mobile device. I do not know why they have made no attempt to remedy this problem. Sign in to put test time sign in to remove test time sign in when you open the app after 5 minutes. App locks up on sign in have to close and reopen then sign in again. Has facial recognition sign in option that stopped working after 1 week of use. Uninstalling and reinstalling since I’m forced to use this version now.
