## What is Mason 2FA?

茂宸集團控股有限公司（簡稱「茂宸集團」）主要透過多間全資附屬公司，在香港為各類企業、金融機構及個人客戶群提供一系列金融相關業務。其業務包括提供證券、期貨、期權交易服務；孖展融資、併購融資、企業融資、財富管理、資產管理、戰略及直接投資及市場研究服務。

此外，茂宸集團亦致力發展其於中國内地的業務。於2016年3月，茂宸集團與多間金融機構合資設立申港證券股份有限公司（「申港證券」），一家於中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區註冊成立的兩地合資證券公司，註冊資本為35億人民幣。申港證券是首家在《內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關系的安排》(「CEPA」)補充協議框架下，被批准以多牌照經營的兩地合資證券公司。申港證券的多牌照可於該公司設立一年後申請成爲全牌照。茂宸集團於申港證券的總投資額為5.25億人民幣，持股15%，是該公司的最大股東之一，申港證券乃茂宸集團用以拓展中國內地業務的重要里程碑之一。

茂宸集團未來將會繼續發展其金融業務。除繼續積極推動並優化現有的金融業務外，茂宸集團亦準備提供更多元化的金融產品及服務，致力拓展成為一個多元化的金融平台，銳意將茂宸集團發展成一個環球金融集團。
