Shipping took way longer than the already outrageous 16–18 business day timeframe. The owner only responded to me after I commented on her Facebook. My continuous email attempts go without any response. I received my package and one of my items was missing which the owner let me know beforehand that she was going to refund me for one of my items. When I look on the website and on the app, that item still shows plenty in stock, so not sure why it was not shipped and I still have not received the refund for it. I am to the point to where I’m going to open a claim with my bank. ### 1/5 — DO NOT ORDER *2026-05-06, version 4.6.30* I ordered $108 worth of stuff on 4/11/26 and I've seen NOTHING! Ive sent two emails with no response. When i check the app my status says "printed" which is what its said since the day i ordered! ### 1/5 — Bad Customer Serevice *2025-09-08, version 4.0.140* I placed an order and received my items. They were both cute but once I washed one of the tees the lettering started coming off. I emailed as instructed and 9 days later still no response from anyone from the company. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-08, version 3.17.26* Shipping time is absolutely insane. If you try to reach out to them expect having to email several times. It took four emails for them to reply to one. Going on 21 days for my order to be shipped… ### 1/5 — Would not reccomend. *2025-07-27, version 3.17.26* Shirts are cute & affordable for the most part….just gotta hope you get them. It takes a lot of reaching out and a lot of time before they’ll ship out your order. It took me emailing several times, privately messaging their Facebook page & posting a comment on their Facebook page under a post, for them to finally tell me 2 items I wanted (mind you I placed this order like 24 days ago at this point) were no longer in stock & they’d refund me & ship out the rest. Which they did do, but it took me reaching out that many times, for those many days. Should not be like that. Will not order from them again. ### 2/5 — Cute shirts but shipping time is terrible *2025-06-26, version 3.17.26* I’ve order from this company twice and had to reach out both times about the status of my order. After reaching out (after 16-18 business days), then it was finally shipped. My packages should have been shipped without me sending an email. ESPECIALLY for the price of shipping. 4 shirts is nearly $10 in shipping, but it takes 30+ days to get your package with NO personalizations. Also, their return policy is store credit only, and they must receive the product back within 7 days, according to Facebook. Kinda funny since it takes over a month to receive it. Again, cute shirts but NOT worth the headache and waiting game. ### 1/5 — Avoid this Company *2025-04-17, version 3.17.20* The shirts are super cute! However, I would think twice before ordering from this company. I placed an order (02/28) for a team themed baseball sweatshirt. I allowed the 16-18 business days, not including weekends/holidays, prior to sending an e-mail (03/26) for an update. I received an e-mail back stating it would ship out by the end of the week; however, it did not. I sent an additional e-mail the following week for an update, I never received a response. On 4/2 I finally received tracking information. When I received my package on 04/10, it was incorrect. The monogramming was correct but, I received a t-shirt verses a sweatshirt; which, is what I ordered/paid for… the order sheet from the company also stated a sweatshirt was ordered. Again, I have e-mailed the company twice to have my order corrected… allowing more than 48 hours for a response yet nothing. I wish I would have read the reviews from others who have had a poor experience with this company as well. However, I didn’t have knowledge because the company is quick to delete comments that aren’t to their liking on social media. I am all about supporting local/small business but, this is one I word think twice about before supporting! ### 1/5 — Read the reviews!!!! *2024-12-26, version 3.14.0* They are like the restaurant that has the worst facilities and the rudest waitresses yet you keep returning for the food. I ordered more than once hopeful for something different and each time they let me down. I did not receive Christmas shirts in time to wear them, even though I ordered them in November. They have SLOW processing and (slower than overseas) shipping!! Almost no response on email and when they finally did respond they worded it in a way that made it seem all my fault that I was upset about the slow order fulfillment and shipping. The prices are good but the quality is average and the customer service and shipping are awful! They delete your comments when trying to warn customers on social media. I give one star because I did actually receive my items so it wasn’t a total waste of $$ just time! ### 1/5 — Nonexistent Customer Service *2024-11-14, version 3.13.200* I placed an order for three shirts on October 3rd, 2024. I received my partially correct order on October 23, 2024. Two of the three items I ordered were correct, but the third was not what I ordered. I emailed customer service on 10/23/24, 10/28/24, 11/12/24 & 11/13/24 with no responses to date. I also have commented on a couple of their Facebook posts. On my first comment on 11/1/24, they responded and said that my replacement was being sent out that day. That was a lie. It’s 11/14/24 and I’ve been unable to get them to communicate clearly or properly. I’m now researching my options for filing a dispute against them… Which is highly disappointing considering it’s such an easy fix. Buyers be ware of poor business practices. ### 1/5 — Waste of Time & Money *2024-10-31, version 3.13.200* I have ordered from this company and after over a month I’ve yet to get my order, an update on my order, lack of customer service. This is ridiculous to take this long. If you selling shirts for a holiday & taking that long to ship it shld be told so ppl kno not to place an order purchasing those after so long unless they understand it cld very well not make it to them.
