Áudio no alto falante não funciona

Uso iPhone 8 e pelo menos para mim, o áudio não vai para o alto falante. Tenho que necessariamente usar fone de ouvido ou então aproximar o ouvido do telefone para ouvir como se estivesse falando no telefone. Gostaríamos isso fosse consertado na próxima versão.
