Great job!! One thing - my Dad’s transaction list now shows all of his own PLUS his kids’ accounts that are linked. It’s very confusing for him to have it in one spot. Not good. Ruins the whole app in my opinion. Hopefully you folks can add that feature. The capture feature to photograph the check does not work. ### 3/5 — Transitioning to this new app *2020-07-01, version 2.19.2* It would’ve been helpful if you displayed a message on the old app, once it was deactivated, directing users to download this new app. ### 4/5 — Poorly done *2020-07-21, version 2.20.0* It’s obvious they did not consider the end-user in mind when they develop this app. First, when they transferred the accounts mine somehow defaulted to using an email address I had stopped using over 15 years ago....when asked, they told me when they transferred the information everyone’s account reverted to the original account settings...so how many customers do you think may now not be getting emails about their accounts? Second it’s set up to send a text message for the verification code...which in my case goes to a landline and nobody seems to know how to change that. Third, the check deposit feature is quirky...you have to have the portrait lock off for it to work correctly...but is that important information listed anywhere...no!! They’ve always helped me out with several loans and times when I’ve been scammed.
