Resets, similar to sound move to something else while you wait it randomly resets and if you didn’t notice the game number you start over. Also in the same vain sometimes the waiting screen stays up while the game plays in the back. Sometimes it flash your win while the game is still going so what’s the point of watching it. The snakes are terrible, it kills your battery and somehow you made the scanner worse. Normally it hits my account in minutes. Cash out should be as quick as deposits like how DraftKings does it. High volume of withdrawals shouldn’t be my problem. The player needs consistency not excuses when it’s time to get paid ### 1/5 — Worst app customer service is dead *2026-09-03, version 4.1.0* This app I used to be good but since they started the online games everything has been trash. The withdrawal process is a nightmare and customer service is the worst can’t imagine any customer service worse than that. The app says withdrawals take 2 hours to the debit card, but mine has been pending for 8 business days with no update from customer service, and if you email them, they don’t respond.
