Used to work for the study I am taking part in, now it gets to second task in one of the sections, and tells me I need to go portrait, then just does nothing else despite whatever I do. Frustrating. I don’t actually know who to contact, will have to find my study details. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2022-01-05, version 1.5.4* Downloaded today and filled in all the questions and now it is frozen. This app needs a bug fix! ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2021-11-17, version 1.5.3* I agree re the limited questionnaire options on this app - especially re the absence of ‘a few days’ as an option. It also stops recording data without me realising unless I check history. And now won’t allow me to link Fitbit. Is the study still operational? ### 1/5 — Tried to use *2021-10-14, version 1.5.3* This app kept locking out - I reinstalled it recommenced adding data and at the first section it froze again ### 2/5 — Feedback *2021-02-12, version 1.0.2* The app developers are asking for you to participate in this study by submitting daily data. However, there is no feedback about the findings of this study. There should be links for submitters to see what effect their goodwill is having! ### 2/5 — Cost *2021-01-26, version 1.0.2* Can I ask if this is free, when I downloaded it it mentioned payment ### 2/5 — Limited reply options *2020-09-20, version 1.0.2* The idea behind this is first class, but the reporting options let it down. Occasionally there is a questionnaire. I am never able to complete it accurately as there are insufficient options. For instance it jumps from Not at all to Several days. It really needs an option for Few. I understand Few to be from from 1-5 and Several 6+ I always answer Not at all when Few would be correct or better still 2 - 3.
