## What is Massage Note?

Massage Note is for massage therapy professionals.
It provides a simple digital record keeping method for taking clinical notes during consultations.

Assists therapists by allowing them to maintain accurate, legible and current clinical records for each client, for every consultation.

The therapist can:
- Take initial client details at the first consultation.
- Take on-going consultation notes for each session.
- Attach files, pdfs and images to each session/consultation. 
- The app includes a basic informed consent form in PDF format.
- The pdf is electronically filled out by the app.
- The consent form pdf template can be replaced with a custom formatted PDF. 
- Only one page pdf is supported at this time.

Great concept no support

It general this gives me what I need for a very small business. Ability to Keep client info, doc and soap notes. I like the ability to add colour markers and mini notes to the body chart. More colours would be nice. So I can create my own colour key chart. Red massage, blue acupuncture, yellow trigger point for example. Please can you make the notes area bigger, as it’s too small to add a detailed Soap notes. As a dyslexic user. I like the easy simple look of the app. But to type and read back the notes in a very small window is difficult for me. The star rating is only reflecting the areas I would like improving. this potentially has the ability to be five stars and perfect for my little business.
