I found it enjoyable. Music was relaxing. That makes it a bit more challenging to relax. I mean lets face it, if they vibrated strong enough to actually provide a deep massage, that level of vibration would break your phone! The thing I like about this one is that you can select different levels of pulsation. And it didn't do much for my neck, but I put it on my stomach because it was upset and this actually helped and felt good. It's free.
