주문 확인, 주소 추가, 결제 등등 한 뎁스만 들어가면 다 접속 오류로 뜹니다. 문의 할 곳도 없고 벌써 앱을 몇 차례 삭제했다 재설치했는데도 계속 오류네요.
카카오톡 문의처에서도 어플리케이션 삭제 후 재설치하라고 기계적인 답변만 합니다. 구매부터 반품 그리고 문의 까지 고객경험 전반의 질이 낮고 이렇게 관리가 되지 않는 것도 최악입니다.

앱에서 바지3개를 구입후 매장에서 받기로 해서  갔는데 갑자기 앱에서 사용내역이 지워져버리고. 고객센터에 문의했더니 품절이어서 그렇다며 환불해드린다는 메일을 보냈다고 합니다. 이더운 날씨에 매장엘갔는데 미안하다는 말한마디없이 연락도 없이 물건을 취소해버리고 메일은 오지도 않았어요 너무 불쾌한경험이었습니다

Ordered a number of items. Had to return. Doing battle with this rubbish all to get returns to post is impossible. It’s putting me off shopping as I’m finding it unworkable for returns.
