### 3/5 — Started off Strong, But Buggy Over Time

*2026-08-06, version 1.16.4*

I started using this in February after I was impacted by workforce reduction at my company.

I started off with a $199 plan that lasted I think 3-4 months. The app ran smoothly and I had great matches for roles. I wound up getting 5 interviews, which was 5 more than I got from LinkedIn or Indeed.

After the initial subscription expired, I purchased a continued subscription (for $99, I believe). Not sure if this is correlation or causation, but the app seemed to perform terribly after that. It would be stuck on the logo for minutes every time I launched it, I would get duplicate listings, and I would be prompted by a paywall for random jobs without any expansion as to why.

The job listing quality seems to have gotten worse as well. I’m a Customer Success professional - it suggested a host at Red Lobster… with a starting salary of $225k.

To summarize, it’s a great concept, but needs work to address quality and UX issues (and needs a simple way for customers to provide feedback so they can actually improve the app).

### 2/5 — Insane

*2026-02-13, version 1.16.4*

Asking to rate my experience and if I like the app before I ever actually use the app for what I think it is designed for is ludicrous.

If you need a better UX designer HMU.

### 4/5 — Job Hunt is real

*2026-01-27, version 1.16.2*

Awesome app to help with the job hunt and mitigate issues you find in the job search

### 3/5 — Great PRODUCT IDEA, but needs work

*2025-09-13, version 1.14.9*

I downloaded the app over the iOS after recommendation from Deepali Vyas elite recruiter on TikTok. And I immediately noticed a few shortcomings.
1. No web login if signed up on the phone
2. There are many different product tiers and pricing, which you can see when signing up on the web. But cannot see when signing up on the phone.
3. I clicked on forgot password on the web to get my password and nothing.
I am sure I would have found more issues if I continued beyond the first 3 trial days. But didn't want to spend any more of my time as many of these issues were already brought to the developers attention many times before. Honestly, this feels like a ChatGPT wrapper with a half baked product. Dan is a great guy and the product idea is strong. But it will require someone with greater product and technical implementation expertise.

### 1/5 — Not For You

*2025-06-19, version 1.14.3*

It seems like it’s not submitting applications since most of the generated emails don’t go to you directly. It’s sent to your “Massive Email.”

There are also auto-rejections within 15 seconds of sending in the application. Which is odd since you could be sending applications at 3am. This is more odd when recruiters aren’t awake EST, CDT , MT, or PST. Definitely seems scammy.

It also doesn’t show you the cover letters that it writes, or the applications or the “tailored” resumes that it says it sends.

If it’s not a scam it’s definitely geared towards mid-high level experience levels. Not entry mid, or just mid level.

### 1/5 — This app is terrible.

*2025-06-03, version 1.13.2*

This app keeps recycling the same exact job offers. You’ll apply to the same job 10 times over. They constantly have bugs and issues, not allowing the app to function properly. They don’t respond when you ask them to fix it or need help. Plenty of better cheaper apps doing the same thing.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-05-30, version 1.13.2*

One interview in over a month of using it. It creates a botched email address where all your resumes emails and request are forwarded too and it becomes an impossible task to get out of this .io inbox they create for you. So if a company invites you to take an assessment or complete something it forces you to operate on your phone when it’s clearly a sit down computer task. These are jobs and lives not a mobile game.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2025-05-26, version 1.13.2*

It is a waste of money. It takes forever to get the application completed. Don,t waste your money please

### 1/5 — Can’t Even Sign Up and In

*2025-05-14, version 1.13.2*

I download the app signing up using my Apple account. I use the face recognition and it gave me a check mark as in like it has register my face but then it didn’t let me in. I was at the Home Screen still. I did it 3 times again and it still didn’t work. So then, I just uninstall it.

### 1/5 — Cool idea!

*2025-04-16, version 1.8.53*

Not open for Canadians

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-04-15, version 1.8.53*

I cancel my subscription and they still charging me?!?

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-04-12, version 1.8.53*

They force you into using THEIR email so you have to keep subscribed. Mediocre and buggy app.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-03-16, version 1.8.52*

Buggy, doesn’t show you what the bot is submitting. 0 transparency.

### 1/5 — Good idea poor execution

*2025-03-14, version 1.8.52*

Base subscription advertises 25 apps a day, I didn’t get that at all. I would swipe once or twice for the first time in days and it’d tell me I’m all out of swipes.
30% of applications fail and you don’t get those failed apps back in swipes.
This app needs a lot of development before being deemed effective.

### 1/5 — Nice idea bad data

*2025-03-10, version 1.8.52*

Either the posts are not relevant or are weeks or months old , hobposts do not getting renewed , so you are always behind

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not worth the time

*2026-07-11, version 1.16.4*

The app is a joke. Entered all my information, provided my location. The jobs it gave me were either nothing related to my experience, or were not even in the same country I am located. After swiping skip on 20 jobs, it reloaded and went back through those same jobs I just skipped.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money

*2026-06-07, version 1.16.4*

I put in a very specific job title and salary range: senior level, six figure salary. The jobs it showed me were part time sales associate 1 hour from my home and pharmacy technician when my resume reflects neither of those experiences. Also got jobs located in China so that’s useful. This app is a joke, save your money.

### 1/5 — Do not subscribe!!!

*2026-05-13, version 1.16.4*

App reset and login no longer works. No reset password link. Backed out to use the Help link and it doesn’t work either. So I went to the website and tried to login. Got a reset password link this time but I never received an email. The fact that this app hasn’t been updated in three months and we’ve gone through multiple Apple updates says something.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as advertised

*2026-04-27, version 1.16.4*

Just another app trying to fleece the already cash-strapped job seeker demo

### 1/5 — Stopped referring jobs

*2026-03-19, version 1.16.4*

After about 2 weeks, I felt like it was working as advertised. Of the 60 I applied to didn’t get a single interview, but the volume was there. Then all of a sudden, it just stopped sending me jobs. Going on 3 weeks. Which is wild based on what they charge.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-03-08, version 1.16.4*

Genuinely terrible. Business admin with experience yet getting bartender roles and nursing roles.

### 1/5 — offer free trial + charge $50 = MASSIVE red flag

*2025-11-01, version 1.14.9*

the concept seemed cool enough that I downloaded it despite the reviews about its fell short behind its paywall, so I was stoked by getting a 3-day trial! until authorizating it showed up as a charge attempt for $50USD.

miffed me into my first ever ever review

so yis.
folks: steer clear! do NOT recommend
app dudes: 👀. rude.

& shout out to my momma for the habit to card lock

### 1/5 — Good idea - 0 Value for dollar

*2025-08-28, version 1.14.9*

I downloaded this app thinking it would be a great way to job seek. However, after adding it and seeing that there were no jobs in my field, I asked to cancel and get a refund of the 199$ fee, as if there were jobs available in the app, they were not in my field. I have now been charged the amount twice, despite my communication with them.

For product feedback- it seems as though the filters in the app are “and” filters, not “or” filters, so a seeker can only have one narrow title search at a time. I don’t know that for sure, but the way they described my inability to find appropriate jobs suggested as much.

I absolutely LOVE the concept, but this does not hit the mark.

### 1/5 — The buggiest app I’ve ever used

*2025-08-22, version 1.14.9*

Every time I try to actually use my subscription the app opens like I’m just now setting up my account again which is losing me days at a time of my monthly subscription I PAYED a good bit of money for. I need a full refund.

### 1/5 — Reporting to fbi

*2025-08-01, version 1.14.6*

I will be sending a report to the FBI on your stupid app because I feel like it’s going to be abused to its people. Good luck with that and I’ll make it very detailed so they make it really serious too.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

XRP 👍🏾

### 5/5 — Super easy to use

*2026-04-21, version 1.16.4*

Loveeee it!

### 5/5 — I got the job!

*2026-04-01, version 1.16.4*

Listen, I was skeptical at first, but I got interview after interview until I finally landed an amazing remote role with a great company. Yes, this is clunky. You should be able to manage the inbox better by being able to search or delete or forward from your inbox. Searching the jobs you applied for is also clunky. These lists become so long they become unmanageable, but all of this can be improved. Overall, despite the less than perfect UX/UI, I did get interviews and landed a great job, so 10/10 would recommend!

### 5/5 — Best app

*2025-06-18, version 1.14.3*

Best app

### 5/5 — Super legit. No more workday!

*2024-12-02, version 1.8.40*

### 5/5 — Newbie

*2024-11-12, version 1.8.31*

Just signing up so maybe ask me later
Thank you

### 5/5 — Effortless job search with real results!

*2024-10-25, version 1.8.30*

As a parent, I’m thrilled to see a tool like Massive that simplifies job searching in ways I never thought possible. The app takes care of everything—resumes, cover letters, and even applications—all with just a few clicks. It’s incredibly user-friendly and delivers results quickly. My child went from spending hours on applications to landing interviews within days. If you want a smart and stress-free job search, Massive is the way to go!

### 5/5 — great for landing interviews!
