It looks like it would be a nice app. Except for the fact that safari is unable to complete its connection to my account due to too many redirects thus rendering the app useless.

I have been a MassMutual client for years, always with the hope that eventually they would get their online offerings to work. But they continue to offer the worst online interface in the financial sector.
Currently trying to enroll in paperless, but you can’t display the entirety of the consent form and therefore can’t enroll.

I tried logging in today to pay Bill that should’ve paid automatically and the app has my bank account info, but does not acknowledge that I have any insurance even though I have two policies. They have no after hours support so I have to wait three days to call someone to make a payment that I should’ve been able to do on this app.
