But they continue to offer the worst online interface in the financial sector. Currently trying to enroll in paperless, but you can’t display the entirety of the consent form and therefore can’t enroll. ### 2/5 — Timing out *2026-03-14, version 3.0.0* The app continually times out and crashes, preventing logging in or paying bills. ### 1/5 — Can’t use this app for Annuity *2025-07-07, version 2.13.0* After multiple attempts to login to my account I finally found out the app doesn’t work for Annunity accounts. Need to see my account info when I want it. Then I tried to login on the computer, which shows a WR code to open on my phone BUT DOESN’T LOG ME IN ON THE COMPUTER. Meanwhile every other app on my phone recognizes. I use an iPhone 15pro and the latest iOS. Since this is unique to your app, this is not an Apple issue. If I wanted to call I would do that instead of trying to use the app . ### 1/5 — Unable to see Capital Vantage balance *2025-09-13, version 2.15.1* The app is poorly designed as it fails to display the balance of the Capital Vantage Annuity. Nobody at MassMutual is able to fix the issue. Nobody understands why this error happens. After more than 8 calls the issue persists. I give up. Looking now how to transfer all my accounts to another institution. ### 1/5 — The app does not allow more than one family member to login and manage the account. *2025-07-24, version 2.14.0* Many banks credit cards allow more than one phone number to for 2 step verification so a spouse or designated person can manage the account (link to finance tracking accounts or pay bill etc). Mass mutual does not.
