When I try to log in to my existing account, reset my password, or make a new account, it does nothing. So I feel like they just want me to buy another ball. I do not recommend this product. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Badges stopped working *2022-08-12, version 2.1.5* Badges stopped working even though the bounce count is now over 26,663. 2 months later and we still haven’t received the 25k badge count. My son is pretty bummed it has yet to update and says this app is pretty bad. Ive tried a million times to make an account and every time i press sign up it doesn't do anything. Ive also tried to log in and deleted the app and still have no luck. The ball is also crazy hard and doesn't work on my floors. I also have the newest one. I guess I will have to be happy with the old one with the digital read out on it. Hope they get it back on line even if we have to pay for it. I think 1 or 2 dollars will be fair. I would also like it if they came out with a ball that counts passes to. It is so fun watching the bounces record, stay ahead of the completion and earn badges and then reach the million bounces. I found I had to replace the battery often so I didn’t lose bounces.
