Still the app frequently logs me out and/or attempts to verify I am a pro member. This process is still far too clunky in my opinion. Sometimes it takes up to thirty seconds to do its thing before loading content. Sometimes I have to force quit the app and try again. Other times I can’t get in at all if there is poor cellular or WiFi signal. I have to completely close app and reopen. 2) I have to login every time I open the app. 3) when clicking on cases I am met with a white screen. I had a brief technical difficulty with the app and Matthew was very quick to respond with assistance. Had some difficulty with the update and accessing the pro version material at first. I emailed customer support and Matthew responded swiftly with the appropriate solution to the problem I was having. I have found the app to be very helpful in the clinical setting as a student. I have been very happy with my purchase thus far. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2023-08-16, version 1.8.2* I use this app primarily for the pediatric dosing section. It's set up really well and easy to use. I had a issue initially being unable to access content when offline but MA's support was super responsive and fixed the issue with an app update. ### 3/5 — Error on starting screen! *2023-08-06, version 1.8.1* App asks anesthesia profession. Choices are MDA, CRNA, CAA. MDA isn’t a degree, title, or credentials. It’s an odd designation for a physician, just as MDS would be equally as odd to use for surgeons or MDC for cardiology. The degree is MD. Many different specialties from there, which are not denoted by a letter, as is done in nursing. Any time I try to access app the screen would go all white as if trying to load. I deleted app but chose to keep my membership and redownloaded. I am now being asked to purchase pro version AGAIN. I do not have money to keep paying for an app I’ve already purchased. It’s also not available on the website. ### 5/5 — Great *2025-07-22, version 2.40* One of the reasons I bought the continuing education package was that it is usable in the app. It’s much more user friendly to do it this way than logging in to APEX in a browser on my phone, which is what I did when studying for boards and not in front of my laptop. Accessing the material is simple and the lessons are concise and to the point.
