App does very little and does almost no self monitoring. Design is clunky. WiFi pairing never works. Bluetooth pairing works for about 20 minutes standing right next to tub but only after I trip the breaker and reset. After that, I can’t even get the tub to populate in the drop down. The only reason I use it is because it’s the only way to control salt cycle. Very disappointed in app quality for the price of the tub. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty with Wi-Fi pairing! Like any new system there are always some kinks, but I certainly appreciate all you are doing to iron them out. This system is the best spa system for crystal Clear water with little fuss. ### 2/5 — JT spa owner *2025-08-19* When you can connect it works. That’s about it. Doesn’t really do much real time monitoring. You have to reset the tub constantly to get it to connect. I see it on my WiFi network but it constantly says it disconnected. Connect with BT sometimes. No other way to interact with the salt system. I would love to help with developing a better solution ### 1/5 — Bad app *2025-08-08* The app initially synced with my hot tub for about 30 minutes but has continuously disconnected. Attempts to connect by standing at the hot tub to use Bluetooth it initially connects, and then immediately disconnect saying it has trouble accessing the Internet. Of course this doesn’t make sense because I’m trying to connect using Bluetooth. I spent the better part of the day trying to set up my hot tub, but I am unable to since I’m not getting any readings on salt levels. Furthermore the gecko app used control your hot tub is terrible. Like this app, it keeps disconnecting from the Internet. The dependency on using apps to control your hot tub, makes the hot tub, unreliable, frustrating, and useless. You should be able to control your app with the hot tub panel and the app should just be a convenience as a back up.
