The Vault app is much more difficult to use, starting with the set up. Emails are more difficult and having to enter them in was time consuming. The lock itself is great and once the app is set up it works great. I created a user account and logged in on two phones at the same time. Employees can give out there credentials to someone and they can both open locks. Could go in detected until caught by an administrator. ### 3/5 — Hit and miss *2020-06-21, version 1.17.0* Our business has been using this app for about a year now, with about 200 users. We love how easy it is to manage users. However, we are terrified of app updates. Instead of a clear message telling the user to update, it just kicks you out or stops working. The “fixed” range from updating and logging back in to having to uninstall and reinstall the app, depending on the phone (android vs iphone) and who knows what else. PLEASE make it clear to users when they need to update and test before you release. The hardware is robust, and the smartphone app is invaluable for granting and removing access on the fly. The various options for hardware also make adding to a current system with ease and flexibility.
