The one thing I don’t understand is there is no instructions on how to share this lock with other people in my office. Says that I have to download the app to get the instructions. I downloaded the app there’s no instructions anywhere then I find a link that says download the instructions. I print them off but it doesn’t say anything on how to get people codes so they can use the lock. Master Lock being one of them. I have a lock with no number on it and I would like to buy a duplicate lock, but no number stamped on the key I have. It’s nice being able to control access remotely and with a phone. We had a great conversation and it was very encouraging to know that Master Lock is listening to their customers with regard to how the product is currently being used, what works well, what doesn’t work so well, and any suggested improvements to the products. I’m hopeful that this great product can rise to excellent. Thanks to the product design folks for their time — it is much appreciated! 01/17/2024 update - - Any updates on a shorter than 8-hour window for temporary codes? - Updates on ability to assign unique temporary codes during the same time period (now restricted to one unique code per 8-hour window) - Reporting to reflect which unique code opened the lock (vs just the time that the current 8-hour code was used?). Thanks! ### 5/5 — Extremely Easy Setup Instructions *2024-02-19, version 1.11.0* I’m already in love with this lock and how easy it is to get it set up. I’m so tired of using the traditional key padlock to lock my garage. This also takes away one less key off my keychain! I haven’t put it on my garage yet, but the options on this device was very creative. Love the fact that you have a choice to use the primary touchpad code as a secondary option and also allowing others to be able to access it as well. The new app is so much smoother and I noticed the enterprise version has an app for the Apple Watch. Any chance home users can get an Apple Watch app?
