The Luper Technique Target Analysis criteria will solve any shooting inaccuracy problem and make any shooter a pistol instructor. I am a retired Special Agent with 32 years of experience training law enforcement and 22 years of IPSC shooting with 5 major sponsors. I have certified and instructed more than 15,000 law enforcement students from basic quarterly qualification to Advanced Tactical Rangemaster, Rangemaster certifications and Special Weapons Tactical Team Academy’s. The State of California, Parole Division has used the “Luper Technique” of training firearms instructors and students for over 26 years.

I recently used this app while at the range trying out my new handgun. I noticed I was consistently off. I entered in my shooting pattern on the app, and the app helped show me the solution. I applied it and saw an immediate change in my accuracy! It was awesome! A must for anyone that wants to improve their shooting skills!

This App has really improved my shooting. If you're a shooter and you don't know who Bill Luper is, you should. Bill Luper is by far the most professional and knowledgeable firearms instructor around. Very few people have such an extensive knowledge and experience. Whether it's the basics of marksmanship, competitive shooting, tactical training and everything in between.
