I’m already loving this app so much! The recipes are delicious and easy to make which is perfect for staying on track when I’m short on time. I also love that they provide videos of what each exercise looks like and the Facebook community that makes it so easy to ask Amanda & Chris questions or even talk to other members. It’s really making a healthy lifestyle/weight loss so much easier and less overwhelming. Seriously worth every penny!
