So even though I have the app, I can’t use it. **Developer response:** Thank you for downloading the MasterCheck app. The issue is related to the basic functionality of some iPhone and iPad devices. Simply touch anywhere on the device's screen other than the keyboard, and the keyboard will disappear so that you can click the SUBMIT button.
