Currently showing my engine battery at 2.9 volts. Battery charger shows healthy batteries. Tested with voltage meter showing healthy. Had a check engine come while out on the boat. Nothing in the app. It’s useless. ### 1/5 — Never Has Worked *2026-03-31* Built and bought a brand new boat and this has never worked from day 1. Shell Knob dealer has been working on it with Mastercraft for going on 8 months now with no resolution. This should not be that hard to resolve at the manufacturer level. My dealers hands are tied because of MC. You don’t sell a boat for $230k and not be able to correct every issue that it has. Yes, this app is a small thing but the principle of no resolution or accountability to expediently handle the issue is not right. ### 1/5 — Good idea. Bad execution. *2026-03-20* No one cares about the community aspect. Drop that. Make the data portion more accurate. I’m often away from my boat and want by know bilges kick on, battery levels, fuel levels. Sometimes it works. I have been a MC owner for 15 years, and with the most recent purchase the quality control has gone down… ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2024-07-04* Well over 6 figures for the boat…in the off chance you actually are able to login to the app, you still can’t add your boat. But tried to sign up, but email is already registered (likely from dealer??). Tried using their one-time-passcode (the only way to login) and it times out every time with an “unexpected error”. Too bad. ### 1/5 — Can’t Load Boat *2024-05-25* App doesn’t work, you can’t load your new boat. ### 1/5 — Invalid data after last update. *2023-02-14* After the last update there is not valid fuel data or battery voltages.. Tried uninstall and reinstall, multiple phones/devices.. ### 2/5 — Never connect *2024-07-16* I like the app for doing a quick fuel check or batt status when it’s on the dock..when it works… 8 out of 10 times errors out at login or won’t connect to boat.. great idea.. execution leaves a bit to be desired. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Fun *2024-10-23* Whenever I use the app it’s not showing appropriate data. My former correct reviews were removed by Apple to to guidelines. Fun. ### 4/5 — Good but could be better *2022-08-20* This is a great idea and the activity tracker is awesome. However, I can’t find friends or add my HIN. I search for people that I know have the app and it says no results found. Will make this a 5 star if I can add friends and add my HIN. ### 3/5 — Great concept but poor execution *2025-11-21* Great concept but poor execution. Very unreliable data and lots of errors when it comes to even signing in. Wish Mastercraft would put more resources into this project instead of pushing half backed tech. My bilge pumps says it’s on and isn’t. Constantly get “an error occurred” message. Deleted app reloaded it multiple times; can’t get back in; no way to recover an account; no way to bypass app and log in via a web portal.
