## What is MasterFlow?

MasterFlow is the official app for Helpero service specialists — cleaners, handymen, and home service professionals working with Helpero in the Toronto area.

This app is for active Helpero specialists only. Access is granted after you apply and are approved through Helpero's onboarding process at helpero.ca or through the Helpero client app — you cannot create an account directly inside MasterFlow.

Once you're an approved specialist, MasterFlow helps you run your workday:

• Accept new job requests and review full details before committing
• Navigate to the client's address with live status updates for arrival, start, and completion
• Follow a guided checklist for each job, with before/after photos
• Chat directly with clients and call them without sharing your personal number
• Track your weekly earnings, tips, and payout history
• Manage your schedule and service availability
• Get notified the moment a new job matches your area

Want to join as a Helpero specialist? Apply at helpero.ca.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-05

Documents
• Work permits, insurance and licences now carry an expiry date, so you can see what needs renewing before it lapses.
• Uploaded documents are checked automatically — type, name and expiry are matched against what you entered — so most are verified in seconds instead of waiting on a manual review.
• Pending and verified documents are now easy to tell apart at a glance, and when something doesn't match, the app says what to re-upload and why.

Analytics
• A new Analytics screen: your earnings, completed jobs and rating over time, with suggestions drawn from your own numbers.

Earnings and payouts
• Save or share any statement or receipt straight from the app.
• Every withdrawal now sends you an email receipt.
• Setting up your payout account opens inside the app instead of throwing you out to Safari.

Jobs
• A client's name and address stay hidden until it's actually time to set off.
• Recent Orders loads faster, and messages you send in chat no longer appear twice.

Settings
• An optional check that flags a contact you may have a conflict of interest with. It is off unless you turn it on.

Throughout
• Screens now open with a placeholder shaped like the page instead of a blank wait, and moving between tabs is quicker.
