Ứng dụng Masteri Homes đang có dấu hiệu vi phạm quy định bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân theo pháp luật Việt Nam, cụ thể là Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
	•	Ứng dụng thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân (thông tin cư dân, liên hệ, lịch sử sử dụng…) nhưng:
	•	Không minh bạch mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
	•	Không có hoặc không làm rõ cơ chế xin sự đồng ý hợp lệ của người dùng
	•	Không cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin về bên thứ ba được chia sẻ dữ liệu (nếu có)
	•	Người dùng không được trao đủ quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân (xem, chỉnh sửa, rút lại sự đồng ý, yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu…)

Đây là vấn đề nghiêm trọng, ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến quyền riêng tư và an toàn thông tin cá nhân của cư dân.
