And I mean 28.99 a month jeez. At least lemme see what it looks like. **Developer response:** Hi! Some of our users did encounter issues with the sign-up process when we launched the app. The process has now been streamlined, we have fixed a ton of bugs, and we offer better instructions on how to make your IG account compliant with 3rd party apps. Also, the monthly fee is now $8.99. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not worth it!! *2023-12-10* As soon as I paid for it, the app started freezing.. its been days now and still the same even after contacting support!! So this goes as part of my complaint!! Im so tired of these companies stealing our money one way or the other, jist to not get what we paid for and the refund/what the think is good compensation (our refund) after it circulated and made its rounds through you guys banks. After 1,000 that makes for a quick easy flip.. on the behalf of the consumer/investors!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-05-28* Every time I open this app it blinks non stop. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nothing.. I’ve tried to contact app support and it’s just a blank screen. I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m unable to get a hold of anyone to fix the problem. The only thing I could open was the Start Here, soon as I clicked on the first lesson all I got was the prompt to upgrade to premium. All the lessons crashed....but not the upgrade prompt? So I emailed them about it, and what was the response? Nothing. Useless. **Developer response:** Hi, apologies for the inconvenience. The naming of our Workshops has caused some confusion during the promotion, since we currently offer both the Growth Workshop and the Advanced Growth Workshop. The Growth Workshop's lessons unlock once per day, and premium users get to unlock all of them at once. This is probably why the upgrade prompt was appearing. The promotion in question was for the Advanced Growth Methods Workshop, and users who acquired the workshop should not see the upgrade prompt when accessing the workshop's lessons. ### 1/5 — Poor Business/App Practicality *2019-05-30* I think it’s a misuse of Instagram marketing to promote an app that can “help grow your following organically” “using insights that are clear” and before you can come to a general idea if you find the app useful you have to commit to a subscription. If you actually want ppl to subscribe you should withhold your best features and allow the “customer” to get a sense of ownership with the app, and feel obligated to purchase more. Not present $28.99 app that we have no clue works. Forget a “free trial” if the commitment is present first. **Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for your feedback. The 7-day free trial is now separate from the subscription process. You can try the app for seven days and then decide whether you want to subscribe. Also, the monthly fee is now only $8.99. ### 2/5 — Search function doesn’t work *2021-10-27, version 4.1.3* Update - tried to contact app support, take you to a Facebook messenger chat, there Facebook page has 1 like. No response so far Purchased this app on the basis that you can see what hashtags (most common) your competitors are using by searching their handle. App tells me their accounts don’t exist or they don’t use hashtags. Strangely it told me the same thing when i searched myself I have an account and have used hashtags 🤷‍♂️ ### 2/5 — Trusted by thousands? *2020-09-23* Only 52 ratings? Ha!! ### 2/5 — Zzzzzz *2020-08-21* Doesn’t seem like much more than what’s largely available on the web. I only looked at free stuff and DuckDuckGo’d the pay titles (bout everything) and if you want a “program” it might have something but it seemed kinda fundamental. Maybe I’m wrong but I didn’t think the limited free content indicated that the paid content would impress me. **Developer response:** Hey! Even for those that aren’t one but want to become one and don’t know where to start! Very easy to learn and understand. Tools that can actually put into practice what you have learned. Broken up into small courses that are a fast read. SLVR has basically everything I need, all in one app. It has tons of tools, stats, articles, and guides. It saves me from using like 7 websites, and everything is in a beautifully made, free app. Well, not completely free. If you want full access it’s just $3 a month. (Pls don’t change the price, devs 😂) I 100% recommend this to anyone. Whether you’re a beginner in the Instagram world or a pro, this app will really benefit you!
