I had an account but after the update, I cannot login. when I try to use my email and says it’s a new account and when I try creating account with the email and my phone number it says number exists in system so its a deadlock and there’s no way I can get in I would appreciate if you could. address this issue. Canceled my partner’s and my $30 referral rewards for no reason after we both sent $500 to Nepal. Customer service (agent Jade) couldn't give a single valid reason or T&C clause we broke. On top of that, they didn't even refund my full amount—I paid $471.49 and only got back $470.03. Shady, unethical practices. Use a different remittance service that doesn't skim your refunds.
