Will never process your request and delay it and would charge if we ask refund *2025-12-18* Never ever use this app for fund transfers. They not only hold your money but will also ask you for many documents as attachment so that they can delay the process and never send money on time. The customer support is very rude and they call you sir sometimes and then the tone changes and they call you by your name in an angry tone. They just keep on sending emails and never process your request. They also tell that they will charge 1% for refund request for any failed transactions from their side. It’s too much to ask just for a small money transfer. Such information is asked when you have to apply for loan but for a money transfer this is very doubtful. Also when I asked for refund they charged another fee ranging from 5 to 10 dollars. You talk to customer service and they assured you that issue has been resolved but never happen anything. I had an account but after the update, I cannot login. when I try to use my email and says it’s a new account and when I try creating account with the email and my phone number it says number exists in system so its a deadlock and there’s no way I can get in I would appreciate if you could. address this issue. Poor support. ### 1/5 — Rip-off *2026-07-09, version 1.39.2* Absolute rip-off. Canceled my partner’s and my $30 referral rewards for no reason after we both sent $500 to Nepal. Customer service (agent Jade) couldn't give a single valid reason or T&C clause we broke. On top of that, they didn't even refund my full amount—I paid $471.49 and only got back $470.03. Every time I try to use them, the system says “invalid,” even though they have never been used. My wife is experiencing the exact same issue. What is the point of giving referral promo codes if customers cannot actually use them? This feels misleading and unprofessional. There is no proper explanation or clear support. I trusted this service for sending money to Nepal, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I expect transparency and a proper solution. ### 1/5 — Liar and fraud regarding refer and earn rewards *2026-02-27* This app or company is useless. They did not let me use refer and earn rewards by referring and earning from 4 friends but just let me use 1 reward voucher as they have not mentioned any terms and conditions that I won’t be able to use more than one reward voucher even performing separate transactions and always reversed money in account by charging $2.20 for doing nothing. They are fraud and scammer who doesn’t let you use which you have earned. Never recommend to anyone. I completed payment through pay id. Master remit send email saying my payment cannot be processed but they deducted my bank account! I tried calling them so I can get my money back. Online operator says 6 minutes waiting time 20 minutes later they drop my call. I even ask for a call back, nothing! So please don’t ever try to use this remittance company as you will regret it!
