## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.13 — 2026-08-18

This release is about not losing your work.

FIXED — records that could disappear
• If your congregation keeps studies and return visits on phones and then turns that setting off, your records are no longer lost. They stay on your phone.
• Daily records behaved the same way and are now safe too — including the hours they contribute to your monthly report.
• Editing a flat or apartment unit now saves. Before, the change was quietly refused and was gone when you signed out.

FIXED — things that did not stick
• Deleting a task now stays deleted, even if you leave the screen straight away.
• Deleting a visit disappears from the screen immediately.
• After deleting a return visit you can add that person again from the map.

FIXED — territories
• A return visit made from a flat now carries the flat number and the building.
• Coverage bars no longer appear for congregations that do not use pins or street coverage, and the street bar now matches the pin bar.
• There is a Cancel button when editing a pin.

NEW
• Pins marked "not at home" show the dates you called, so you can see at a glance when you were last there.
• A task shared with someone now carries its attached files. Anything too large to send is named so nothing goes missing quietly.
• Files shared from MAT2414 can now be opened on the receiving phone.
• Task names are now a proper field, and clearly required.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-13

Share a territory map with someone outside your congregation.

• Create a link and QR code from any territory. They open the map with no sign-in and no account — the boundary, your labels and your stickers. Household details are never shared.
• Everyone working the territory can share their location and appear on the map with their first name. It keeps updating while your phone is in your pocket, and you can stop it at any time.
• A message centre under the map for the people working it together. Messages disappear after three hours. Guests reply with ready-made phrases and emoji.
• Congregations that work by street can now turn address pins off entirely.
• Daily records: the date is now a calendar, so you can pick the day of the week you went out.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-08-09

Staying signed in
The app no longer signs you out while you are using it. Previously the session could end after a short spell and, in some cases, being signed out on one device signed you out everywhere. Open the app, do one thing, and get on with your day.

Territories you help with
Territories you collaborate on now appear under My Territories, grouped separately from the ones assigned to you, so you can see everything you are part of in one place. In Browse Territories they are clearly marked with a Collaborator badge.

Picking a next visit
The date for a next visit now opens a proper calendar with the days of the week, instead of a scrolling wheel — so you can see at a glance which day falls on a Sunday. The picker gets the screen to itself, so there is no longer a Done button sitting next to Save.

A calmer contact screen
While you are setting a next visit or logging one, everything unrelated steps out of the way and comes back when you save or cancel. The rarely used "until" date has been removed; a repeating visit simply continues until you clear it.

Fixes
Requesting a territory now confirms it was sent and tells you why if it was not, instead of quietly doing nothing. A failed load no longer looks like an empty list. Browse Territories is now translated rather than always appearing in English.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-06

Field service now lives in the app. Turn in your monthly report, keep your daily records, and look back at your report history without leaving for the website.

Daily records are open to every publisher now, not only pioneers.

Everything field service sits behind one card on the dashboard: this month's report, Studies and Return Visits, Daily Records, and My Reports.

In a territory, one tap on an address adds it as your own private return visit, with the name and phone already filled in. It is private to you, and it shows up alongside your other return visits.

Tapping a row in a list now shows that place on the map instead of opening the editor. Use the Edit button when you want to change something.

When the app does open the website, it opens inside the app, so closing it brings you straight back.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-05

Messages have been rebuilt. You now have a real inbox, and you can message another publisher directly.

Guardians can see and manage a child's messages, with clear controls over who a child can be contacted by.

Studies and return visits can now have a recurring Next Visit with reminders, and times finally follow your own timezone.

Plan a route: pick several return visits and the app puts them in a sensible order to drive, then hands the whole list to your maps app.

New on the map: mark a place with your own icon, hold the map to drop a temporary spot to navigate to, and nudge a pin that landed slightly off.

You can also hand a study or return visit to another publisher, who accepts it from their inbox.

Fixes: territory stickers now appear on Android, dates read the same in every language, and times no longer show in 24-hour format.
