I bought the no ads as it interrupted game play. Is it designed to only remove some ads? I reported this more than once and never received a response or correction. I have deleted and reinstalled and the problem persists. This is worse than the ads! I got to level 4004, then I got error message “connect error” and for several weeks I submitted request to support to look into it, through the app and via email, I reset my phone and everything because I didn’t want to lose my levels, and no response. Finally I uninstalled the game and started from scratch and came up with the same error when I got back to level 20, wasn’t able to choose a club to do challenges. Team was hacked and there is no way to get help. Glitches are never addressed. Is this a game that I like yes. But this is not the first time our team has been hacked. We have a great team a leader who is active. Someone came into our team and added code that makes us think there is no internet connection but there is. We can’t see our team members anymore. Chat is disabled thru the hack, leader board are not visible due to this hack. I will update this review if it is taken care of, but the only way they will know if they read this review.
