However, some levels seem to be designed in a way that makes it nearly impossible to progress without paying. At a certain point, you simply get stuck unless you spend money. It’s frustrating because I really enjoy the game, but having to pay to continue takes away from the experience. It was so fun collecting pies and balls with my team and collecting cards. Im well over level 2000. I previously have told so many of my friends to download this game but I wont be anymore. I don’t know what update happened the last few months but all the levels even the regular ones are impossibly hard and it feels like they’re just trying to get us to spend money and it’s so ham fisted. Im addicted to it. I’m about to quit it for the third time. Why? The developers and lack of customer support. A game is only fun if you can play it. This game only gives the coins needed to play when you are moving through the game. If you have no coins you are stuck. I spend money every month and was ok with that. Then they took away the ability to do a very tedious task of coin hopping, without warning. I’m certain because they want me to spend more money. Currently locked out of my team. When a game becomes a source of angst, it’s time to drop the game. If your team wins a prize for collecting balls (Mon - Thurs) and you don’t collect it the first time you open the app on Friday, it disappears. This is the third time that this has happened to me. The previous two times I complained and days later, I was finally given my rewards. No ads, straightforward, multiple ways to get items. But my only gripe would be that many of the super hard levels in the stages 2000+ and some even lower are genuinely impossible to beat without any assistance of a revive or using multiple power ups. There would have to be around 20-60 more seconds to beat many of them, and when it's every ten stages that can add up quickly if you aren't engaging with the additional challenges. Even on faster attempts, it's not always 100% skill based which is a little disappointing. Even after submitting screenshots showing that I had already gotten to level 101 and the date that it was installed, they never gave me credit for it or a single red cent for my efforts. I wasted three weeks plus of time I will never get back. Also this game is boring and quite frankly sucks. It's gotten to the point where it's ridiculous to pass levels. It's a sneaky way to get money from people. I have quit this game because of the different difficulty shifts, the weird timer changes, and the inconsistent progression type. You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried. This is why I quit this game. You think a level is easy, but it's not. You get a power up, and you quickly lose it before you get a chance to progress through the level.
