I play it because I have a head injury and it helps a great deal but I don't have hours to play to get the gifts now it's just too long to build them up. It just takes the fun out of it. I didn't get extra time so I would appreciate it if you credit back my account. I tried this level over 100 times. I took a screenshot of the end and all those phones that you claimed was still left in order to win those items were not even left in it? That isn't fair or right! No wonder why I can't get to the next level. Please fix it and refund my money. If there is a way to buy more time please let me know. There is no way anyone can get all of those items down to win the game in the short time frame you give them. Not only that but you take the color out and make them black and white. I even purchased from you more time and I didn't get more time? I got more chances to play. Plus items I didn't hit on come down and that isn't fair. I am constant and I am determined to get to the next level. But this level is impossible to achieve. You change my account for .99 more than I authorized you to do* Please credit it back to my account immediately as well as the $4.99 that I purchased to give me more time to get the items completed! I waited 25 minutes to get to play again and I got ONE try?? What the heck is that b/s? I suggest you stop timing this game and let your customers play as often as they wish. Stop making it impossible to play. If not you are going to lose your customers and this game is going to be rated very POOR. I never seen a game like this that you can't find the items because you piled so much other stuff on top of them. REFUND MY MONEY IN TOTAL AMOUNT OF$ 4.99 + .99. Even with pre game boosters it cost me close to 7000 coins to get through. What is the point?! The levels are getting too hard!!! Objects are tiny and similar except for the color placement (for example: those mugs) AND limited time (even when using a pre-game time boost). It’s also ridiculous to have to find the green guns, the beehives, the groundhogs, navigate through the popcorn, match the glowing seashells etc… all in the same level. If you run out of space 900 coins is a bit extreme. To buy 3 hourglass boosters 2500 coins. I’m seriously addicted and have no self control. When you win, the prizes are extremely underwhelming considering the cost of any purchases. It’s like gambling without any possibility of a reward. I’ve been at the top of your leaderboard for a while. Top players deserve more than what you offer. IMHO. I’m fully aware that it’s my choice to play. It’s a business meant to make money. Anywho for people reading this it’s really a great game but I advise you to play without spending money. It’s totally possible and very challenging. I’m rambling I know. I know I have to delete the app and notify my bank to not allow any charges from this company. I know it’s what I need to do but it’s a battle with the guys on my shoulders.
