Every option to purchase it does nothing when I click the buy button and I even get a “NEED INTERNET CONNECTION” when I click from the home page of the game. I purchased the starter pack, I think it’s called, so I know that purchases aren’t the issue. It seems like all options for me to remove ads are dead links in the game. I couldn’t find anything about this in FAQs and couldn’t figure out how to contact customer support. It sort of put me into a loop of nothingness no matter what I tried.
