Every option to purchase it does nothing when I click the buy button and I even get a “NEED INTERNET CONNECTION” when I click from the home page of the game. I purchased the starter pack, I think it’s called, so I know that purchases aren’t the issue. It seems like all options for me to remove ads are dead links in the game. I couldn’t find anything about this in FAQs and couldn’t figure out how to contact customer support. It sort of put me into a loop of nothingness no matter what I tried. I’d love to update this review to 5 stars because it’s a great game and I don’t buy in-app purchases for games very often. They could have given me all the coins I lost out on! The mini game in question was suddenly gone from the app after I complained and posted this review. They give you mini games in order to earn more coins, but those games DO NOT GIVE YOU THE COINS THAT WAS PROMISED! I sent a message to their helpdesk, an hour later “it’s all fixed and here’s a code as an apology” THE CODE DIDN’T WORK! IT SAID ERROR! And I noticed NO REWARD! I continued to get ads, have bad game play and no rewards! FIX YOUR GAME! It seems there was/is a weekly contest of sorts; I'm not sure. When I first open the app, this screen pops up first. The problem is that there is only a header at the top of the screen showing a scale of vases/urns inside a header box, but nothing on the body of the page. I had to delete it and start over at the beginning again. I play this to relax so I’m not that interested anymore. I have a lot of math games I play that are so much more stimulating.
