## What is Match Mastery?

Match Mastery is a fast-paced language-learning game that makes vocabulary stick. Tap or swipe to connect word pairs in a two-column layout across three rounds of increasing difficulty — or take your time in practice mode.

HOW IT WORKS
Match word pairs by tapping or swiping to connect them across three rounds in Play mode (timed, with score bonuses) — or take your time in Practice mode with no timer and audio pronunciation on every card.

SMART SPACED REPETITION
Behind the scenes, an FSRS-inspired algorithm tracks your performance on every word. Words you struggle with appear more often; words you've mastered fade into the background — until it's time to review them again. This scientifically-backed approach ensures long-term retention with minimal effort.

Get started immediately with 124 built-in decks across four language pairs (Georgian–English, Georgian–German, Georgian–French, Georgian–Spanish):

Topics (19 decks per language) — 1,500+ vocabulary pairs covering basics, verbs, adjectives, food, people, body, home, city, nature, time, clothing, work, emotions, common phrases, shopping, sports, technology, abstract concepts, and culture.

Situations (12 decks per language) — Real-world phrase sets for greetings, restaurant, shopping, hotel, directions, doctor, transportation, emergencies, phone calls, small talk, banking, and post office.

Bidirectional learning: decks work both ways — English speakers learn Georgian, and Georgian speakers learn English, German, French, or Spanish.

ANY LANGUAGE PAIR
While Match Mastery ships with Georgian content, you can import decks for any language combination. Create or download CSV or JSON decks for whatever language you want to learn.

  Type the translation for each word instead of matching cards. Fuzzy matching accepts minor typos with a retry before showing the answer. Autocorrect is disabled for Georgian and other scripts.

  A new tab showing your rank against virtual opponents across Daily, Weekly, and All Time periods. The roster rotates daily.
  
  Review screen
  The review button now opens a dedicated screen showing your full word inventory split into four mastery levels (New / Learning / Reviewing / Mastered) with due-word counts and per-word due times
  before you start.
  
  In-app rating prompt
  After reaching milestones (5 sessions, 3-day streak, 50 words learned), the app shows a warm-up dialog before triggering the App Store review sheet. Respects cooldowns and won't ask during a rough
  session.
  
  Streak warning notification
  A reminder fires if you have not practiced in 24 hours, before your streak breaks. Re-arms automatically when you open the app.

  Streak freeze
  Earn one free freeze per week (max 2 saved up). A missed day uses a freeze instead of breaking your streak.

  Svan language (Beta)
  New language pairs: Svan and Georgian, plus English, German, French, and Spanish to Svan.

  Bug fixes 
  Typing mode shows the correct spelling on fuzzy matches. Review screen now separates Reviewing from Learning words. Navigation state no longer carries over between tabs.
