So frustrating too when you have to hit close, the X, and close and the X, then wait for clock to count down and repeat close and X. Worst ad is solitaire. Ad plays then screen goes black and nothing happens even if you put phone down for an hour. No way to close ad so you must close the app and start over. I normally just put my phone down, ignoring the ads, but it seems there are more mid-game interruptions, the same ads, over and over and over and over and again and again… Get the picture? And one ad just totally hijacks the game mid-session, and I have to completely force-shut-down the app and (if I’m not so frustrated) re-open it and start over. The two ads that are the worst, neither of which I would download simply because of the annoying ads: the one with the king who is needing someone to rescue him. Sorry, I’m taking a break while you try to swim or get out of the fire. Good luck with that. The other ad— this one ad totally freezes everything so I have to force shut down the whole 3d game ap I’m trying to play— “Wordl” or something like that. So just putting my phone down and waiting it out doesn’t work. If you are playing 3d! as anxiety/stress relief, this one might not be the best if these type of ads are a trigger. ### 3/5 — 3D *2023-06-27, version 2.3.3* I’m absolutely loving this game!! It breaks your concentration and makes it impossible to win! The developer sent a response that they try to balance the commercials. If interrupting you in the middle of a game 5 times or more is considered a good balance, they obviously don’t know what a good balance is. Why would you do that to your players when the rounds are timed? I get that you need ads to keep the game free but why wouldn’t you do it at the end of the round like everyone else? There are a ton of games just like this one that don’t interrupt gameplay. I know I just started playing for literally several minutes but I cleared several rounds and didn’t see anything that makes this game stand out or that would even keep my interest. From the way the game was going I already anticipated deleting it since I play several games that are basically the same but more interesting and challenging soon after starting. ### 1/5 — Great game, greedy developers *2023-09-03, version 2.3.4* So I love these match games but the ads are beyond tedious. The developers reply to every review apologizing, saying how necessary it is. Please, spare us. The ads ruin these games. I would actually buy in to a game as good as this but other reviews have mentioned the ads still popping up. On the free version, I had a very long ad happen DURING the game. This is a well documented “problem” that these poor developers just can’t seem to fix.
