## What is Match The Books?

Match The Books is the fastest way for bars, restaurants, and retail shops to reconcile cash registers — at the start and end of every shift, right on a phone.

WHAT IT DOES

Staff count opening and closing cash by denomination on their phone. The app compares the count against the expected drawer, pulls expected cash and card totals from your POS (Clover, Toast, or Square integrations), and flags any variance over your set threshold. Managers can see every shift, every paid-out, and every reconciliation from the same app.

Search by employee name
Rows show employee + clock in/out
