## What is Matcha Football?

Matcha Football is a football match organizer for weekly games, groups of friends, amateur players and private leagues. Stop chasing replies in group chats, counting players manually or rebuilding teams every week. Manage sign-ups, squads, live scores, stats and seasons in one place.

ORGANIZE MATCHES WITHOUT THE CHAOS

Create matches for 5-a-side, 7-a-side, futsal and other football formats. Set the date, time, player limit and goalkeeper slots, then let players join or leave directly in the app.

When a match is full, Matcha manages the waiting list and promotes the next player when a place becomes available. Admins can also add players or guests manually and manage requests to join a private league.

Friendlies can be organized without affecting competitive standings, player stats or season awards.

BUILD TEAMS & FOLLOW THE MATCH LIVE

Build teams manually or randomize the squad, assign goalkeepers and customize team names and colors.

Start live scoring from the match and record player goals, team goals and goal minutes. Players and viewers can follow the action while the match is being played, and the final result becomes part of the league history.

For leagues with enough competitive history, Match Predictions estimate Team A, Draw and Team B probabilities using league data, player performance, recent form, partnerships and head-to-head history, with confidence adjusted when data is limited.

STANDINGS, STATS & PLAYER HISTORY

Track league standings with points, games played, wins, draws, losses and customizable scoring rules.

Follow top scorers, goals, win rates, streaks, recent form and player records. Explore player chemistry, strong duos, rivalries and head-to-head patterns based on real competitive match history.

SEASONS & SEASON RECAPS

Organize your league season by season, browse previous seasons and keep completed matches and stats available over time.

Season Recaps turn a completed season into a shareable summary with highlights, honours, standout performances, chemistry, rivalries and memorable moments.

POST-MATCH AWARDS

After a competitive match, players can vote for Man of the Match and, when enabled, the optional Donkey award. Winners appear in completed match details and contribute to season history.

LEAGUE & TEAM CHATS

Keep football conversations inside the league with league chat and dedicated team chats. Receive notifications for new matches, live games, voting, join requests, season recaps and other important league activity.
