Man this app is frustrating. Spent a lot of time crafting a highlight tape for my child only to not be able to export it. I keep getting encoding errors.

I downloaded the free version before I purchased the extended version, I was able to create some clips and even do a reel, that exported. It was great.. 
Now after purchasing the extended version, the app is no longer working. I’m not able to export reels. It just says operation error. 

I have emailed two or three times. Still waiting for a resolve . They did email me back and ask what app I was referring to , but that’s it.

Doesn’t allow upload on reels just has blank screen

**Developer response:** What trouble are you having cropping and cutting your video. That is the first action you should be prompted to take with clips. You can save a single clip to your phone by pressing the 3 dots and selecting "share". Please email us at support@firecrackersw.com if you continue to have trouble using the app and we can walk you through it.
